Very difficult to imagine that a place in the extremely noisy T Nagar area can have such a beautiful , well designed restaurant. It has options for sitting indoor and outdoor . There is a nice cup shaped seating arrangement when you go as friends. Food I would say is pretty good .. fine dining experience .. most of the dishes are good here.. but beware of the quantity .. pretty less..

A very nice outdoor cafe! You would think outdoor cafe's in Chennai would be too hot and stuffy - but they have built it smartly with a lot of trees and greenery sheilding the sun and with a very nice open roof set up. Love the cup shaped table sort of cubicle here. You basically sit inside a giant tea cup! Coming to the food, it is AWESOME! slightly on the expensive side but each dish is delicious and you can just tell that they are made with so much care with the generous stuffing and sauces in the dish.

The set up is really cool. You have to walk through a mini falls and over a culvert and all to get to the lounge. Menu is given in a iPad! Awesome ambience and food. A bit pricey though.

This is a tiny Cafe with oodles of charm in it! I loved the environment as soon as I walked in. Decorated cutely to resemble a modern take on a classic English 'Tea Room', the place brings a smile to your face. Then comes the food - Yummy is an understatement! Some of my favorite items were the cottage cheese balls, rosti platter, vol-au-vents, roasted veg crostini, creamy cottage cheese toasties, curried pasta, lasagne, and many more!

Amidst the buzz of tnagar , this place is a nice place to hang out with your friend for a coffee. their sandwiches are also great . they also have some board games that you can play . Parking is a concern here because when you can't park more than three cars there.. so if you end up going there when there is a lil risk then its an issue

Pantry d'or situated at a great place for a cafe/bistro near bougan villa park, has redefined what cafes/bakery/bistros are. Its been a great hit in so less time since its been opened. Its decor and ambiance is surprisingly not a cliche like most cafes. The interiors and the design was something I loved looking at. And this place is always crowded! It suddenly appears to be a bar at the sight of their mojitos and water glasses :D

A really nice and calm place situated in center of the city near a buzzy area of Royapetah. Ambience is awesome especially when you come here after a rain.. You should probably Get yourself a seat at the garden and it will be so refreshing. The food is just excellent! I am not a great fan of waffles however my friends who accompanied me loved it.. Egg scramble was really really good. I also tried bacon for the first time, it was good. I ve also tagged my friends who loved the breakfast more than me!

Awesome place to go, when you have some extra money in your wallet. The seating and ambiance was pretty good. The drinks served here were just amazing ! One, it offers a lot more variety than most places I've been to. Two, the taste is exotic ! I also loeved the visuals they played on their TV, which was pretty engaging. Being an expensive place, its not crowded and would be my ideal pick for a catch up with a friend, ofcourse whenever I can afford it !

This place is a quiet, lesser known cafe in ECR. It is one of my must visit hang out spots when we plan roadtrips to Mahabs or pondy. It is a small, cute cafe which has continental, Italian and Mexican cuisine. Don't expect a 4 page menu - they have a small selection of stuff from each cuisine but each thing tastes really good!! They have a very nice outdoor section which is brilliant during the cooler days of the year and when there are no mosquitoes. You can just unwind and spend all the time you want with no one to bother you!

Tryst Cafe, is the best fresh bakes every day from Pondy, so the setting with a small but nice outdoor seating and a indoor seating is good. From the bakes, I picked up a baguette chicken sandwich . For me, if I see a croissant in a bake shop, I must try always. The one here was good and we ordered a corn, cheese, spinach chicken bake and asked to add broccoli on it.it was excellent.
