Healthy Food Joints in Bangalore - Frilp Blog

Top 4 Healthy Food Joints in Bangalore recommended by Rimi Das

When on a diet or when I’m just in the mood for some healthy food, these are my top recommendations for places that serve truly healthy and yummy bites, all day round !

Healthy Food Joint #1 : Om Made Café

Koramangala,Bangalore

This nice café is located above Golds Gym in Koramangala serving you the most yummiest healthy salads as well the soups and main course. The stuff worth trying while you are on your calorie count are Green Diva soup, raw lasagna and rosemary chicken.

Love the airy ambience it does relax you quite a bit and its all the more better in a cool breezy evening.

A meal for two would cost around Rs.1200 inclusive of taxes and yes open for breakfast too.

Healthy Food Joint #2 : Smoke House Deli

100 feet Indira Nagar & Lavelle Road, Bangalore

Both the Smoke House Deli have the same kind of European and Mediterranean cuisine but the best part about this place even one is on a diet there are enough options to chose from, Balsamic + beetroot salad is totally worth trying out and also would recommend the smoked carrot + ginger vichyssoise soup, there is an awesome combination of soup + half sandwich which is bound to fill you up and yet you will feel light on the stomach. There are enough grilled options both under the non vegetarian as well as vegetarian options and there is a flour-less chocolate cake as well just in case you get a craving for something sweet or better option round it with a nice cup of Darjeeling green tea.

There is something very casual and serene about the ambience I think the color white helps it more.

If you stick to soup + sandwich + green tea then a meal for two would not cost more than Rs.1000 , opens for breakfast too

Healthy Food Joint #3 : Infinitea Tea Room

Indira Nagar & Cunningham Road – Bangalore

The luxury of sipping some of the best tea from across the globe along with the healthiest salads, main course and seeing the world passing by … I can keep going back to this place as I am yet to finish tasting all their teas and healthy food to go with it. In love with their ‘the Tea Estate Salad’ and Chicken sun dried tomato and the Green Herbed Chicken steak, the flower blooming teas are a must must try

There is some beautiful and a lovely old world charm to it, you are bound to visit this place much more than once.

A meal for two would not cost more than Rs.1000 for sure.

Healthy Food Joint #4 : Cha Bar

The Leela Galleria, Old Airport Road & No.1 MG Mall,MG Road,Bangalore

The awesome selection of tea, the pages of your favorite book to flip through and some healthy salads , sandwiches to go with it …the crazy world outside does come to a halt beautifully.

And for this a beautiful atmosphere you need not shell out more than Rs 600 for a pack of two.

Very useful. Thanks for sharing this. Glad to read. The street food in Bengaluru consists mainly of the popular cuisine of the city. Although you may see various street hawkers serving idlis and vadas at almost all times of the days.
